MIT OpenCourseWare (MIT OCW) is a project first announced in October of 2002 by Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to make learning free and accessible to anyone around the world with access to Internet. In the MIT OCW, they have published a lot of their educational materials from their (MIT) undergraduate and graduate level courses online.

In the MIT OpenCourseWare website you can select from a wide variety of courses from Business to Teaching and Education. After selecting a course, you will be able to see everything regarding the course from the syllabus, video lectures, and projects. You can also get a calendar. All in all, it is a full class from MIT for free at your fingerprints, anytime, and anywhere.

The OpenCourseWare fills an essential gap that might trouble an independent learner regarding limits. The Internet has all the information of the courseware for free and it tells you what you need to learn. A self-committed learner may have a great time with this course. The limitless possibilities that come from the MIT OCW is amazing. The free part cannot be emphasized enough, it is incredible how even at this day and age such a high quality of education can be achieved for free.
